Aristo
Cast intends to stay abreast of of all the latest
developments in the Investment Casting Industry by
constantly evaluating advancements in technology, and
applying them when warranted.
This will be accomplished through our unending search
for information that can be of use in remaining a leader in
Investment Casting. By analyzing trends and reacting quickly
to them. We also
attend industry-related shows and seminars to obtain
information and exchange ideas with our fellow investment
casters. We maintain
memberships in several trade organizations, including ICI,
MMTC, SME, SME R/P, IMA, AFS, and the ASQ to name a few.
We offer strong interaction and engineering/tech
support. We
evaluate
upcoming requirements and plan training for our staff.
We offer 100% tuition reimbursement to employees that
want to further their education. We also understand that
technology alone cannot replace our best asset, our
experienced team.
